Are you recovering from being a “good girl”?
What's this all about?
I’m gently inviting a small group of women and non-binary folks to join me for something close to my heart — The Good Girl Recovery Circle.
It’s a creative, therapeutic space for those of us who were taught to be pleasing, perfect, helpful and kind — no matter the cost.
A space to explore who we were told to be… and who we might become, if we stopped making ourselves smaller and quieter.
Each session includes:
✨ A creative reflection activity (no art skills needed!)
✨ Honest, optional sharing in a safe space
✨ Time to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself
December's theme: Wintering
As the year begins to slow, we’ll explore what it means to rest, retreat, and soften. Together we’ll gently reflect on the seasons of our inner world — and offer ourselves permission to pause, even when the world keeps asking us to perform.
